Under the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13th, Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations (Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st), Alejandro Albaiceta Cruz (from now on, named as ALBAICETA), hereby informs that:

FIRST.- Visiting Albaiceta´s website in its domain www.albaiceta.es does not imply that the user must provide any information about his identity, so the company can not relate it to any particular user. In the event that personal character data were provided, these data would be collected and processed respecting the rights of those affected and in accordance with the limitations contained in the previously mentioned data protection rules. Users who provide personal data accept in a clear, precise and unequivocal way the present conditions.

SECOND.- Collecting Personal Data will be made, where appropriate, only and exclusively through the email addresses that users can refer to Albaiceta to the following email address: alejandro@albaiceta.es also through the postmail to Albaiceta´s registered office and also through the form contact listed on its website for hiring ALBAICETA´s services.

Personal data provided by the user through this website, in the files of private ownership of Albaiceta duly registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The purpose of these files will be, exclusively: management, developing and carrying out the normal delivery of offered services (for CUSTOMERS) through the website for the company SANDRO.

THIRD.- ALBAICETA has developed all the systems and has implemented the technical and organizational measures at its disposal, under the rules of personal data protection, to prevent losing, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data information provided by the user.

FOURTH.- The user guarantees that the data, if any, provided through this website are truthful, accurate, complete and updated, being responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may arise as a consequence of breach of that obligation.

FIVE.- ALABAICETA is committed to fulfilling its obligation of confidentiality regarding personal data received through this website and the duty to treat with appropriate confidentiality. Personal data collected will not be transferred to third parties without the express consent of the owner thereof.

SIX.- To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) about the personal data that had been provided through this website, the user can send a mail to the email address: alejandro@albaiceta.es or by postal mail to the address: Enrique Mariñas Romero Street 18, 7º C. 15009. A Coruña. The request must necessarily contain the following data: name of the applicant, address for correspondence, photocopy of National Identity Card or equivalent identification document and a request in which the application is concrete (data access, modification of any of them, cancellation of the data provided or opposition to conservation and treatment by Albaiceta) and, where appropriate, documents supporting the application.

SEVENTH.- ALBAICETA, once finished the relationship with the user, will keep the data as long as required, in order to compliment its legal obligations. After expiring that period, personal data provided can be kept in order to communicate future services, promotions and activities organized by Albaiceta, unless the customer specifically declares his desire that previously mentioned data are definitively cancelled by sending an email to alejandro@albaiceta.es with the subject deregistration of the data. In any case, we will proceed to the cancellation of the collected data when no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
